Adding Warmth to the winter

Thursday, 23rd June 2011 The Winter Warmer campaign took place on 11 and 13 May 2011, during which 70 Fidelity volunteers visited various non-profit organisations country wide. It was a privilege for the volunteers, who amongst others, visited old age and children's homes. The pride felt was matched equally by the tears shed, not only by the volunteers, but also by the aged and the children. Many hugs and a cup of tea or two were shared, making this spark from Fidelity Security Services ignite into a fire of hope for things to come. The following non-profit organisations were visited: 1. Luiperdsvlei Old Age Home 2. Oord 911 3. Place of Safety - Amadea 4. Kraaifontein te huis 5. Aurora 6. SOS Children's Village 7. Missionvale Centre 8. Round Table Community Centre 9. Compass 10. Malvern Children's Home 11. FSG Swaziland donating 80 blankets to the Queen Mother. We would like to convey our gratitude to all Fidelity Staff volunteers for their immense contribution.
